What’s New

Just arrived: the latest quilting cotton collection from Amy Butler. “Midwest Modern” is a gorgeous assortment of vintage-inspired designs, in a slightly softer palette to welcome spring. You can’t look at this wonderful range of fabrics and not feel inspired to create something fabulous, from simple quilts, to pajama pants, to spring dresses. Retro apron fans should be warned, the ‘martini dots’ print is especially enchanting!

New yarns: Opal has a new cotton blend, self-striping yarn that is selling quickly. This yarn knits up beautifully, with all the staying power of the traditional fiber blend, and the colorways span all tastes, providing your taste runs to stripes. Introduce a bit of humor into your wardrobe, because life’s to short to wear ugly socks.

On the horizon…Handpainted sock yarns from Yarn Love. These take awhile to create, but it’s my hope that these will be in store within the next week or so.
